Special Order Policy
At Nursery Depot, all of our bedding, bedding accessories and furnishings are specially ordered for you directly from the manufacturer and delivered straight to your door, usually within 8 weeks. We charge your credit card when we place your order with the manufacturer.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be waived if the order is cancelled prior to being ordered with the manufacturer. For close-out and personalized products, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Wall Border and Fabric orders are non-returnable and may not be cancelled.
 
Shipping Policy
Nursery Depot can ship orders to all 50 states, plus Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses. Products are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and usually delivered within 1-4 weeks. Delivery times are shown on each product information page and in your shopping cart. Delivery times may vary. Please read our Special Order Policy for more information.

Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, and up to 2-4 additional weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada.

Shipping Rates for Gift Certificates
Shipping for gift certificates is free. Purchases paid for with gift certificates will incur shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Rates Within the 48 Continental United States
Nursery Depot charges a flat rate of $5.95 for orders under $99 to ship crib and kids' bedding orders via the United Parcel Service (UPS). An additional shipping charge will be applied to furniture orders. The charges for furniture items are noted on individual furniture product pages.
Shipping Rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam
Nursery Depot charges a minimum $20 to ship orders via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail). When you place an order for delivery to these locations, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two days. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Rates to APO/FPO addresses
Nursery Depot ships orders to APO/FPO addresses via the United Postal Service (Priority Mail). When you place an order for delivery to an APO/FPO address, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two business days, only if there is an additional charge to ship to your location. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order.

Oversized items may not be available to all locations. Freight delivery is not available. Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery times may vary and are subject to military delivery schedules. Please allow up to 2-4 additional weeks for delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.
Shipping Rates to Canada
Nursery Depot is able to ship most items to Canada via UPS. These shipments will incur a minimum shipping charge of $20. When you place an order for delivery to Canada, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two business days. The shipping quote email will contain details for the costs for shipping, duty and taxes. You will have the option to accept the shipping, duty and tax charges specified in the quote or cancel your order. The recipient of the order will be responsible for all duty charges and taxes.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to Canada.
Shipping Rates to Mexico, or other International Addresses
Shipping is not available to Mexico or any other international addresses at this time.
Refusal of Delivery
At Nursery Depot, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Nursery Depot and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Nursery Depot charges additional shipping costs for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Nursery Depot or getting the package re-routed to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Missing Packages
When your order is shipped, we notify you via an email which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use this tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.

If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to change or cancel your order? It's easy with Nursery Depot. Just contact us by email at customerservice@nurserydepot.com or call toll-free at 1-888-238-0987, from 9AM to 4PM EST, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll update or cancel your order for free.

If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you.

Orders canceled after they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You may return the order within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
 
Return Policy
Nursery Depot is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our wide selection of products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days of delivery date and we will gladly replace the items or refund your money.

For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. This charge would pertain to any order that is returned or exchanged after shipment. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.
Please Note:
  • Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items, unless items are damaged or defective.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All returned items must have a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted for refunds.
  • Fabric and Wallpaper Border are non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs, including items shipped with the Free Shipping promotion, and gift-wrapping are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
Before you can return items to Nursery Depot, you will need a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact our Customer Service Department by email at returns@nurserydepot.com or call toll free 1-888-238-0987 (or 1-607-387-3760 from outside the U.S.), from 9AM to 4PM EST to request an RMA#. Our customer service representatives will need the following information:
  1. Order number
  2. Product name and SKU
  3. Reason for return
  4. Specify whether you want to return for a replacement, exchange or refund
When you receive the RMA#, write the number and reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the return package, and send the package to:

Nursery Depot recommends that you use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive items that are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to you for free. Wrong or Missing Items

Sales Tax Policy
Nursery Depot is required to charge a 8.625% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of New York. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside of New York will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped in New York.

Redeeming Gift Certificates and Coupons
It's quick and easy to redeem a coupon or gift certificate at Nursery Depot. Just follow the steps below.
How to Redeem a Coupon
  • Browse our online store to find the item you want to purchase.
  • Add your selection to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Enter the coupon code in the designated area and click the "Redeem" button.
  • The coupon will appear in your shopping cart and the coupon discount will be applied to your total.

Gift Registries
How to Create a Gift Registry
Creating your registry is easy. Just enter the name and address information requested, so your friends and family may find your registry and so that we can ship the items to you once they are purchased. We ask you to also provide your email address and a password so that you can modify your registry at a later point.

Once you create your registry you will receive an email confirmation with your information. You will then be ready to add items to your registry. Just browse our site and click on the "Add to Registry" button whenever you find something you like - you can always change it later. After you are done creating your registry, you can send an email to your friends and family letting them know that you have set up a gift registry at nurserydepot.com.
